La Rosa – Country Village Redevelopment - Waterbury, CT

This project was the redevelopment of 232 units of affordable housing in 31 buildings over 30 acres. The townhouse-style units contain between 1 and 4 bedrooms and range from 576 to 1586 SF each. The unit interiors were rehabilitated, including new mechanical systems, kitchens and bathrooms, the exteriors were cleaned and repaired and a new recreational park was installed. As this project was 100% occupied during construction, phasing and careful scheduling and coordination with the residents was the key to its successful completion on budget and ahead of schedule.
